UPDATE (4/16): Just received word that this won a Gold Student Addy at the District Ten Addy Awards! This means it will be entered into Nationals this June! I’m so excited! Digital Illustration I have to repost my Alegria digital illustration from earlier on account of the fact that it just won a Gold Student Addy and Best in Show at the NWA Addys tonight! So pumped right now. I hope to see this beaut move on all the way to nationals!

2012 is already shaping up to be a great year for music. This is a new Dirty Projectors song called ”Gun Has No Trigger.” Supposedly they will be releasing a new album this spring. If this song is any indication, it will be a great follow up to the awesome Bitte Orca.

I can’t get enough of this album. It is seriously so good. A fantastic evolution of Beach House’s sound, Bloom which will be released May 15, is definitely an album worth picking up.

Inspiration Just bought a letterpressed P for my office from the incredible Jessica Hische. She is an amazing letterer with a highly impressive body of work and client list, especially when you consider her young age!
